Return Policy Overview
Warranty Coverage: All our leather products come with a minimum 3-year warranty against defects in workmanship. Please note that this warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear from usage. Given the natural origin of the skins we use, inherent imperfections are to be expected. Rest assured, we exclusively utilize genuine skins and steer clear of embossed leathers that imitate authenticity.
Defective Workmanship: Should you discover a craftsmanship defect, promptly inform us. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you to return the defective item. Upon verification of the defect, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Custom Items: Returns or exchanges for custom-made items, including those with monograms, are only accepted if a defect in our craftsmanship is present.
Change of Mind: We recognize that preferences can change once a product is in your possession. Generally, we accommodate a one-time exchange for unused products in exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, excluding custom items. As we operate on a made-to-order basis without holding inventory, we offer exchanges rather than cash refunds. Cash refunds, subject to a 15% restocking fee, will be evaluated individually.
Belt Sizing: Understanding the challenge of online belt sizing, we provide one complimentary size exchange per belt. Notify us within 24 hours of receipt if the size is incorrect. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned belt, we will assess its condition. If it is in pristine, unworn condition, we will promptly craft a new belt in your correct size. Should the belt show signs of wear, the exchange will be voided, and the belt will be returned to you.
